A vital part of this process is to become pre-qualified before making a decision on which home to lease option. There will be a small charge for the cost of the credit report and background check, this acts also as our application. At this time you will receive a copy of your credit report including your scores from all 3 major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). This is the same credit report lenders use to make their final mortgage decisions.

During this consultation, you will have an opportunity to go over your credit report with a knowledgeable professional who will thoroughly explain this report to you. They will assess and evaluate your report and give you an idea of what needs to be done to elevate your individual credit score.
